  • Different book was delivered.
• Books returned for reasons other than damage or wrong delivery may not be eligible for exchange.
• Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Provide proof of damage or details of the wrong product received.
• Once the return is approved, ship the book back following the provided instructions.
• It can take up to 20 days and the customer will be notified.
